Based on the provision of Article 13 and Article 27 of Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of RS 62/2014) “Moć planine" its appreciate consumers who buy products via the website www.mocplanine.rs/en
• the sale of products via the website www.mocplanine.rs/en is performed within the registered activity of PR “Moć planine", the address for filing complaints is email@example.com
• the basic characteristics of the products can be found on the website www.mocplanine.rs/en
• according to the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of RS, No. 62/2014), purchases via our sales website www.mocplanine.rs/en are considered distance sale.
• the products sold via the website www.mocplanine.rs/en have the properties necessary for the regular use of that type of products in accordance with its purpose defined in the Declaration;
• the selling price of the products is indicated with each item;
• all prices are expressed with VAT included;
• the purchased products are delivered within 3 days by the Daily Express courier service, as defined on the TERMS OF DELIVERY page.
• the possibility of purchasing products with special price benefits and ∕ or with special sales incentives (discount sales), is done in accordance with the terms published on the website www.mocplanine.rs/en
• consumers can pay for the products bought via the website www.mocplanine.rs/en in cash upon delivery.
• when placing an order by pressing the CONFIRM button, the consumer assumes the obligation to pay for the ordered products;
• the conformity of the products to the contract is determined EXCLUSIVELY according to the properties and purpose of the products as defined by the corresponding Declaration;
• the website www.mocplanine.rs/en is obliged to deliver products which conform to the contract. If the delivered products do not conform to the contract, the consumer who informed the seller of the lack of conformity shall be entitled to request the seller to eliminate the non-conformity free of charge, repairing or replacing it, or to request a price reduction or terminate the contract in respect of those products. All costs necessary for the products to comply with the contract, and especially the costs of labor, materials, collection and delivery, shall be borne by the website www.mocplanine.rs/en
• if in case of the products receipt, the consumer finds that they want to exchange the item for another one, which may be higher, lower or the same price category than previously ordered, the consumer can replace the item within 14 days as defined on the ITEM REPLACEMENT.
• if in case of products receipt, the consumer does not want to keep them, the consumer has the right to waive the contract and refund of the purchase price paid for the products in question, within 14 days in the manner defined on the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL page.
• for products ordered via the ONLINE shop, the consumer has the right to file a complaint about the already used product, in the manner defined for the products purchased via the ONLINE shop. You can find the method and procedure for filing a complaint on the COMPLAINTS page.

Methods of payment
Cash on delivery
When collecting a purchase that you previously ordered via our website www.mocplanine.rs/en , payment of the order shall be made exclusively in cash in RSD currency to the courier of our partner courier service Daily Express who brings you the purchase.
Paying in slip at the post office or the bank
When making payment for orders at the bank or the post office, the payment deadline is 3 working days. We will send the products to you after the payment is registered.
After confirmation, the order enters the processing status. After processing the order, you will be notified of the status of your order via email.
The order processing period is usually 2-3 working days. For all orders placed on Fridays and weekends, the seller will contact you at the beginning of the following week. From that moment, the delivery time is 3 working days.
Couriers of Daily Express (an external company that delivers products on our behalf), deliver purchases to the delivery address in the period from 08:00 to 16:00. Please ensure that there is a person at the address who can collect the delivery during this period. When collecting the delivery, it is necessary to inspect the package visually so that there is no visible damage. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately, by calling 060 0100002 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. If the delivery seems undamaged, feel free to accept it and sign the courier’s shipping label. The courier shall try to deliver each purchase twice. It is common practice that if the courier does not find you at the address, he will call you on the phone you left when creating the purchase order and arrange a new delivery date. If he still can’t find you at the address, the purchase will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the purchase, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and arrange resending.
Delivery charges will be calculated in the cart.

When collecting the purchase, please check your package in the presence of the courier. If there is a visible damage on it (torn parts and crushing), you should not accept it. In this case, please contact us by phone or send us an e-mail with your details (name, surname, telephone number) to the address email@example.com and state the reason why you refused to accept the package. We will inform you about further action as soon as possible.
• If you received the delivery and after opening the box you found that the delivered products do not match the ordered ones or the invoice data is not appropriate, please call telephone number 060 0100002, or send an e-mail with your data (name, surname, telephone number) to the address firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the problem you have, no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the purchase. We will inform you about further action as soon as possible.
• If there is non-compliance in the purchased product in terms of the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, please proceed in the manner defined by the rulebook on consumer complaints for products purchased via the online shop, which you should send to email@example.com together with the complaint form.
Contact us by calling the telephone number 060 0100002 or send us an e-mail with the following data to the address firstname.lastname@example.org: your invoice number / delivery note, your Personal ID number (optional), RSD current account number and the name of the bank where you have the specified account.
When you submit the necessary information, documentation will be created which will be forwarded to you with the refund procedure to the e-mail address you left when placing the order.
Refunds shall be made exclusively in the above described manner, by payment to the RSD current account and it is not possible to send money by courier in cash.
You cannot send the ordered item listed above to the addresses listed on the invoice-delivery note without prior contact and agreement with the operators in the online shop.
Each such package will be returned to the sender at the expense of the sender.
The product can be replaced with another one within the legal deadline, provided that it is not damaged and used and the costs of return shall be paid by the buyer. The buyer may or may not state the reasons for the replacement.
The replacement must be made within the legal deadline of 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchase.
In case of deviation from the specification or defect, we undertake to replace your product with a correct one, and all costs shall be paid by the shop www.mocplanine.rs. The guarantee does not apply in the event of a defect arising as a result of inappropriate use.
In case of replacement of a product with another size, the seller is obliged to make a replacement if that product exists in stock. If the purchased product for which a replacement is requested does not exist in stock, the seller is obliged to replace the product with another at the request of the buyer, with any additional payment or refund of the difference in price. In case there is no possibility of replacement, the seller is obliged to return the money to the buyer, and the return costs shall be paid by the buyer.
The seller www.mocplanine.rs shall pay all transport costs for acknowledged complaints.
